As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into the portal and going to the 'My Profile' page.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
By accessing this website, you unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions as set forth herein. Violation of these terms and conditions are subject to legal action to the extent the law allows within the jurisdiction of Salt Lake County, Utah.
By creating a Portal Account, you understand that we collect personally identifiable information for the purpose of conducting normal business transactions between Sean Olson Design LLC and your and/or your company. If you do not agree to any portion of these terms and conditions, you may not access any portion of our website for any purpose.
You understand and agree that all persons requiring access to the Sean Olson Design Portal site, must have individual login accounts. The sharing of login accounts is strictly prohibited. This protects you, the client, from possible legal action should another person breech these terms and conditions.
As a Portal account user, you may have access to download files posted by Sean Olson Design employees in conjunction with current or completed projects. These files may not be used for publicity or other business practice and may not be displayed in any manner accessible to the public until the project has been completed and the proper release forms have been signed by you and/or your company and an authorized representative of Sean Olson Design LLC.
Portal user accounts remain active indefinitely even after a project has been completed. We will keep project files available for download for at least one (1) year from the date of project completion. Sean Olson Design will maintain a copy of all client files indefinitely.
You also agree that certain security measures have been implemented on our website and access to certain items may be restricted based on your granted access. To get access to additional items, if necessary, you must contact your account administrator (the person from your company assigned as such). Circumventing these security measures, intentional or otherwise, is subject to legal action to the extent the law allows within the jurisdiction of Salt Lake County, Utah.
Employees of Sean Olson Design LLC may not ask for your Portal password and do not have access to make changes to your personal online profile. Any update of information strictly remains your sole responsibility.
